Warm weather = outdoor Chicago workout sessions…in style

I don’t know about you but I’m tired of working out with Shaun T (no offense Shaun T – it’s more about staring at the TV)! With the arrival of warmer temperatures and the bright sun, it’s time to move our workouts outside.
Beginning tomorrow, June 7th, through September 6th, Millennium Park will host morning workout sessions including Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates and Zumba. Not only can you improve your health while enjoying the summer weather, you have the beautiful Chicago skyline as your backdrop.
Let go of your old workout gear and replace it with items which also make you feel a little sexy while you sweat.
Add a pop of color to your ensemble by the way of your fun and functional footwear.
There’s nothing wrong with a little glam for your walk to and from Millennium Park. These gold shades add the perfect accent.
One of the most important things to remember when working out…hydrate! This chic insulated water bottle will keep your water cool.
